Responsibilities:

• Planning, studying, and collecting data to determine costs of product / business activity.
• Analyzing data collected and recording results to calculate various overhead, labor and other factor of production rates.
• Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
• Review product BOM and its structure and coordinate with relevant departments for correction and updating
• Executive material Cost Run in SAP, assists in month end closing activities in SAP.
• Collecting Data from Production Department for preparation of Production Reports on daily basis.
• Fixed Overhead reporting, analyze and get comments for major variations.
• Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of products or services.
• Supervise plant utilities consumption reports, reconciliation with monthly bills for approval purpose
• Monitor Store and shop floor stock activities of high value items, participate in WIP activity at month end.
• Actively working with the Inventory team, other accounting managers, and accounting staff to develop and operate standard period-end closing schedules and desk procedures.

Experience: 5-10 years working experience in Expertise: PLC Drives & Industrial Instruments

Responsibilities:

• Absolute responsible for ASIL Plant Automation & Instrumentation in Rolling Mill division.
• To handle & operate instrument S7-300 & S7-400 PLC.
• To operate and maintain HMI Win CC and DC Drives (Parker, Gemco)
• To manage VFD parameter settings & commissioning and also understand the calibration of Industrial instruments.

Department: Supply Chain

Location: ASIL Plant

Education:Minimum Graduate (Supply Chain Management Preferred) - Complete

Experience: 3-5 Years

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with financial records, illustrations, or internal documents to ensure storing & organizing critical information.

Department: Internal Audit

Location: ASIL Head Office

Education: Bachelors in Computer Science, Finance, ERP or Related Field

Certification: SAP Material Management - MM, POWER BI

Experience: 2-3 years

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing of organization's computing environment to ensure accuracy and data security for multiple business applications.
• To connect data sources, importing data, and transforming data to develop visual reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop.
• To perform ‘Risk Assessment’ and identify ‘Risk Control Matrix’ to ensure accurate delivery of services for daily operations.
• To perform general and application control reviews for simple & complex Computer Information Systems.
